By booking travel services with Deliberately Different Travel LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. By submitting payment, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Reservations & Vacation Quotes
•    To request a customized quote or book a vacation, visit https://www.deliberatelydifferenttravel.com, call (512) 788-1635, or email ddtravelllc@gmail.com.
•    All reservations are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.

Booking & Payments
•    Payments must be made online or via approved payment methods.
•    Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated in your invoice, contract, or travel documents.
•    We process payments through a secure online payment system. Processing fees may apply at checkout.
•    Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and they secure your booking.

Cancellations, Refunds & Chargebacks
•    Cancellation policies vary by supplier; supplier cancellation penalties apply.
•    Deliberately Different Travel LLC charges a $50 per person cancellation processing fee, in addition to any supplier penalties.
•    All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, including deposits.
•    Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us so we may attempt to resolve the issue. Chargebacks may result in cancellation of reservations and may restrict future bookings with Deliberately Different Travel LLC.

Travel Insurance
•    Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
•    Coverage may include trip cancellation, interruption, delays, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.
•    For certain destinations (including Mexico, the Caribbean, and cruises), travel protection may be added to your package.
•    Declining travel insurance is at your own risk, and a waiver may be required.

Identification, Passports & Visas
•    Reservations must be made using the traveler’s full legal name as shown on government-issued identification.
•    Name changes after documents are issued may result in fees charged by suppliers and a $50 per person administrative fee.
•    Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date of travel.
•    Some countries require a full blank visa page for entry.
•    Travelers are responsible for verifying passport, visa, and vaccination requirements. Information provided applies to U.S. citizens only; non-U.S. citizens must check with the appropriate consulates.

Client Responsibilities
•    Ensure all personal information provided is accurate.
•    Arrive on time for all flights, tours, and scheduled activities.
•    Understand travel risks, requirements, and destination-specific regulations.
•    Notify us in advance of any special needs or accommodation requests.

Travel Documents
•    Travel documents and instructions will be delivered via email and/or mail approximately 30 days prior to departure, provided full payment has been received.

Children & Minors
•    Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
•    The minimum age for participation on tours is 18 years.
•    Adults are responsible for the supervision and safety of minors.
•    Certain destinations require notarized parental consent letters for minors traveling with one parent or a non-parent guardian.

Travel Disruptions & Airline Changes
•    We are not responsible for disruptions due to acts of God, weather, government restrictions, public health events, or supplier schedule changes.
•    Airline schedule changes, routing modifications, seat assignments, or cancellations are at the discretion of the airline.
•    We will advocate on your behalf when possible; however, final decisions rest with suppliers.
•    Travelers must notify us in writing of any flight changes made directly with airlines.

Luggage
•    Baggage allowances, fees, and weight limits are determined by airlines.
•    Deliberately Different Travel LLC is not responsible for baggage fees, lost luggage, or damage.
•    Baggage claims must be filed directly with the airline before leaving the airport.

Tipping Guidelines (Recommended)
•    Drivers (private or motor coach): $5–$10 per person, per day
•    Tour Guides: $10–$20 per person, per day

Media, Photos & Testimonials
•    With your consent, photos or testimonials you provide may be used for promotional purposes.
•    You will not be identified by full name without permission.
•    To opt out, email ddtravelllc@gmail.com at least 45 days prior to travel.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Disclaimer
•    Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, death, weather conditions, and limited access to medical care.
•    Deliberately Different Travel LLC acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers and does not own or operate transportation, lodging, or tour services.
•    By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Deliberately Different Travel LLC from claims arising from third-party negligence or events beyond our control.

Changes to Terms
•    These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
•    The version in effect at the time of booking governs your reservation.
•    Governing law is the State of Texas.
