Group Contract
What is a group?
A group is 14+ travelers, traveling to the same destination on the same itinerary on the same date.

Group Flights (Flights Only)- A minimum of 12 passengers traveling on the same itinerary, on the same dates, and departing from the same city/state. Group flights consist of round-trip flights only, no one-way flights.

Group Hotel Only - (Flights not included) – Group hotel-only packages are for Domestic locations only (Hotels in the US not the Caribbean) - A minimum of 12 rooms are required. All rooms must be at the same hotel for the same dates. If anyone needs to depart a day early, they will not get a reduced price, all group prices are final and cannot be altered.

Group Resort Only – (Flights not included) – Land only - A minimum of 13 rooms with at least 5 of the rooms being double occupancy (2 travelers in one room). All rooms must be at the same hotel for the same dates. If anyone needs to depart a day early, they will not get a reduced price, all group prices are final and cannot be altered.

Group Package (Flight, transfers & Resort)– A minimum of 16 rooms for the same dates at the same resort. At least half of the rooms must be double occupancy.

Group Cruises – A minimum of 10 cabins/staterooms with double occupancy (2 cruisers in each cabin/stateroom) traveling on the same itinerary.

Small Group- Small groups for resorts and hotels must have a minimum of 7 rooms. We do not have small group rates for flights, all group flights must be a minimum of 12 travelers.
Group Leader
The group leader is the person who is working with the Travel Agent speaking and acting on the group’s behalf. The group leader is the liaison between the Travel Agent and the group.
Group Contract
A group contract is required for all groups booked with Deliberately Different Travel LLC; the group leader will be responsible for signing the group contract.
Group Deposits
Deposits vary depending on the group type, group size, dates, and available space. Group deposits can range from $75 - $400 per person depending on the type of group being booked. All group deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, I highly recommend you purchase Travel Protection to protect your investment.
Transfers
All flight information must be submitted to Ddtravelllc@gmail.com no later than 60 days before travel to ensure your transfers are set up. Failure to have your flight itinerary to DD Travel later than 60 days may result in an extra charge or you having to book your own transfers.
Group Photos & Advertising
At Deliberately Different Travel LLC we like to take and receive photos of our clients enjoying their vacations, we want to make sure you are okay with photos of you being marketed on our website or other marketing platforms. If you don’t want photos of you posted on our marketing platforms, please let us know and we will be sure to honor your request.

Group Reduction
The purpose of a group booking is to get a discounted rate as well as to hold the rooms and lock in the rate. We do understand that sometimes events happen in our lives that we can not control. If the group falls below the required number of flight seats, rooms, etc., the group contract will no longer be valid and the bookings would be priced at their original prices at the time of the change and the group will no longer qualify as a group booking. The group leader would then be responsible for any alterations, price changes, or penalties.

Group Insurance
Group travel protection will be offered to all groups and or people travelling in a group. Group insurance is per person and the responsibility of the person occupying the room. If group travel protection is declined, the traveler declining the protection will be required to sign a form declining the group travel protection. If a traveler DOES NOT have a group travel protection plan and they cancel for any reason, the traveler WILL NOT receive a refund on the monies paid toward the booking. DD Travel LLC highly recommends the group protection plan to protect your investment.
Payments & Deposits
A payment schedule is provided to all groups, a purchase is not complete until the booking has been paid in full. If payment is not received by the specified due date a late payment fee of $10 will be charged. If the payment is not received within 5 days of the due date that individual booking will automatically be canceled.
Passports, Visa & Identification
When traveling to the Caribbean a valid passport and ID/DL are required. Depending on the destination, a VISA Card may also be required, you will be made aware of all required documentation needed for your vacation. All passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your departure date. All necessary entrance documents (such as passports, visas, etc.) for each country in the group itinerary are the responsibility of the group leader and/or individual passengers. If your vacation requires a passport, all passports must be received by your Travel Agent no later than 60 days after booking your vacation, if you book a vacation and don’t have a passport 60 days after you book the vacation your vacation will be canceled.
Taxes, Port Fees, Tips, Gratuity & Other Fees
Exit taxes or fees must be paid by each passenger locally and are not part of the package (Unless noted in your travel documents or itinerary).
Changes
Make sure that you provide your name and DOB as they appear on your ID/DL, and passport. This means to provide the correct spelling of your name as well as provide any sir names such as Jr, Senior, III, etc. There will be a $25-$100 charge for any name changes or any other changes to the booking that are not made by the Travel Agent. If there are major changes to the group itinerary and inclusions, the quote may have to be re-priced. Absolutely NO changes are permitted 30 days prior to travel.
I ___________________________________ have read and understand the policy and procedures of the above group contract. I do understand that as the group leader, I am speaking on acting on behalf of the group I am booking with Deliberately Different Travel LLC. I do understand that after this contract is signed, I am in a binding agreement with Deliberately Different Travel LLC and that if for any reason I decide to break this contract I will be responsible for any fees associated with breaking this contract.
