GROUP TRAVEL CONTRACT

This Group Travel Contract (“Agreement”) is entered into between Deliberately Different Travel LLC (“Agency”) and the undersigned Group Leader on behalf of all members of the group (“Group”). By signing this Agreement, the Group Leader acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below and accepts responsibility for communicating these terms to all group participants.

1. GROUP DEFINITION

A Group is defined as a minimum of 20 travelers traveling to the same destination on the same itinerary and dates. This Group Contract applies to flights, hotels, cruises, and resort packages only.

2. GROUP LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Group Leader serves as the primary liaison between the Agency and the Group for coordination purposes only.

The Group Leader’s responsibilities are limited to:

• Directing Group members to work directly with the Agency for all bookings, payments, and travel-related communication

• Acknowledging that if the Group falls below the required number of travelers or rooms set by the supplier, additional fees, penalties, or loss of group benefits may apply

The Group Leader understands that such fees or penalties are imposed by the supplier and not the Agency. The Agency is not responsible for reduced group size or supplier-imposed charges.

The Agency communicates directly with individual travelers regarding bookings, payments, and deadlines.

3. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, AND DEADLINES

All deposits and payments are subject to supplier rules and deadlines. Payment schedules will be provided in writing.

• Payments that are 1–2 days late will incur a $20 late fee

• Payments that remain unpaid after 2 days will result in automatic cancellation on the 3rd day

• Canceled reservations may result in penalties or forfeiture of payments according to supplier policies

No exceptions will be made unless approved in writing by the Agency.

4. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND NAME CHANGES

All cancellations, refunds, and name changes are governed by supplier policies.

• Deposits may be non-refundable

• Cancellation penalties may increase as travel dates approach

• Name changes may result in additional fees imposed by suppliers

The Agency is not responsible for penalties assessed by suppliers.

5. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking and may change until deposits are paid. The Agency cannot guarantee pricing or availability until confirmed in writing.

 

6. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances including cancellations, delays, illness, or supplier changes. Declining insurance releases the Agency from related liability.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

The Agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, government actions, pandemics, or supplier insolvency.

8. DESTINATION WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS

Destination weddings and special events require a consultation for pricing, availability, and resort-specific requirements. Wedding terms vary by destination, resort, and package and are not governed by standard group travel terms. Wedding details will be provided separately.

 

9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & SIGNATURE

By signing below, the Group Leader acknowledges understanding and acceptance of this Agreement on behalf of the Group.
