TRAVEL IDENTIFICATION

Photo identification is required for all travelers. It is the responsibility of each Traveler to obtain and carry a valid ID or DL, passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. Expired documents will not be accepted.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel Insurance is highly recommended, and is available for purchase for $109.99 per person. If you do not have Travel Insurance and need to cancel for any reason, you WILL NOT receive a refund, notify your Travel Agent if you want Travel Insurance added to your package.  If you declined Travel Insurance a waiver will be sent to you via email to sign. If you have Travel Insurance and need to cancel for any covered reason (sick, family emergency, death, etc.) you will receive a cash refund less the amount you paid for the Travel Insurance.  Refunds for cancelled bookings can take up to 30 days.

 

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Unless stated in writing during the booking process, final payment is due prior to departure or consumption in accordance with each supplier’s (airline, hotel, cruise line, transfer company, sightseeing operators, and other travel service vendors) terms and conditions. If final and full payment is not received by the due date, your reservation is subject to cancellation and deposits will be forfeited. In most cases, there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and paid for with no Travel Insurance. PHOTOS/VIDEOS/PICTURES

Deliberately Different Travel respects the privacy of all our clients, we reserve the right to use any photos/videos/pictures taken on escorted trips and tours without the express written permission of those included within the photos/videos/pictures. Deliberately Different Travel may use the photos/videos/pictures in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Deliberately Different Travel, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

 

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

· You will receive travel documents and itinerary 2-3 weeks before departure.

· Make sure your names, ID and passport information are correct on all travel documents and communication.

· Roommate matching is available.

· Once your flight is purchased forward your itinerary to Ddtravelllc@gmail.com asap, no later than 60 days prior to travel.
