Do you book small and large groups?


Yes, we specialize in group travel.




How can I get a quote for a group or individual travel?

Do you charge for vacation quotes?


No. If you are provided a quote and want to keep making changes, a $25-$50 fee will be assessed. If you book the vacation, the $25-$50 fee will be waived.




Do you accept cash for payments?


No, all payments are processed via our secure online payment system.




What is your refund policy?


We do not provide refunds or allow transfer of funds paid to another traveler. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.




Do you have payment plans?


Yes, with most of our vacation packages you have the option to pay in full or pay a deposit and make payments on the remaining balance.




Do you provide roommate matching?


Yes, we provide roommate matching on our international and group vacations.




What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept online credit card payments via our secure payment link (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, etc.). We also accepts payments over the phone via credit card; a credit card authorization form will need to be signed.




What identification is required for travel?


For most travel, you will need a valid (not expired) ID or DL as well as a passport or original birth certificate. At the time of booking, you will be made aware of what identification is required for your vacation.




If I cancel, can I transfer my funds to another person booking?


No, there are no refunds and payments are non-transferrable. Vacation Protection is highly recommended so that you can have other options and not lose what you paid on your vacation package.




Do you assist with airline check-in?


No, you will receive an email or text from us reminding you to check in for your flight. It is important that you confirm your flights with the airline prior to departure: 24 hours in advance for domestic flights, and 72 hours in advance for international flights. Failure to confirm international flights or failure to use any portion of an airline reservation may result in automatic cancellation by the airline for all continuing and return flights. Familiarize yourself with your airline’s policies and requirements before booking. Unless stated otherwise by the airlines, it is important to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to departure for international flights. Late arrival at the airport can result in loss of assigned seats or denial of boarding. Denial of boarding is not eligible for refund or travel insurance reimbursement. Airfare re-booking is subject to airline penalties, re-booking fees, plus any cost difference of the new flight. Seat assignments are subject to change by the airline without notice.




If I only want to book a flight, do you assist with that?


We only assist with booking group flights, international flights, and flights that are included in a package.

Deliberately Different Travel LLC and its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, neither own nor operate any person or entity which is to, or does, provide goods or services for these trips or tours. It is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any supplier, or personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting from causes outside of the control of Deliberately Different Travel LLC. Deliberately Different Travel LLC shall not be responsible for travel delays or cancellations or any illness, death, injury, damage or loss of vacation time arising there from. Changes to airlines or itineraries due to mechanical, weather, or world events beyond our control are at the sole discretion of the airline and may occur without notice. Any applicable compensation resulting from such occurrences is also at the sole discretion of the supplier. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Deliberately Different Travel LLC is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the trips arranged by Deliberately Different Travel LLC Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
